Few other recruiters are qualified to chat science and wow candidates from the outset. Most scientists worth hiring are already gainfully employed with one of your competitors. We call these 'passive' candidates. We use our scientific network and knowledge of databases like PubMed and Researchgate to identify passive candidates and begin courting them on your behalf. We leverage scientific societies, conferences, and speaking engagements to find these passive candidates and generate excitement about your company. We also have an extensive database of candidates we have compiled over years of scientific recruiting projects.
We'll facilitate the hiring process in any way you need. We're happy to organize the interview, sit on the interview team, negotiate the offer, and close the deal. Hands on or off, we'll assist in the hiring process in a way that makes sense for your company.
